Everette Roe
Everette D. Roe, 69, f 903 Peach, died at 10 p.m. Saturday (July 13, 1968) in St. Elizabeth Hospital where he had been a patient since July 7.
A resident of Danville for 40 years, he retired four years ago as a blender for the Prairie States Oil Co.
Born Oct. 2, 1898, at Scotland, Ill., he was a son of William and Ella Scott Roe.
He was married March 22, 1932, in Tuscola to Ida Fannin who survives.
Also surviving are a step-daughter, Alma Patterson, at home; a niece, and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
Mr. Roe was a member of the Bloomfield Masonic Lodge 148 of Chrisman and the Danville Scottish Rite.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Joe Detamore will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery at Attica, Ind. Friends ill be received at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today.
