Mary E. Sprouls
Westville - Mary E. Sprouls, 81, of Westville, died at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday (Sept. 7, 1999) at her residence.
She was born June 28, 1918, in Danville, the daughter of Arthur and May Gray Ames.
She married Raymond Sprouls in Danville. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three brothers, Carl (Bert) Ames of Danville, John (Delores) Ames of Graves Mill, Mo., and Pearl Ames of Danville; a sister, Dorothy (Robert) Kruger of Danville; a very special friend, Clarence "Bud" Mikel of Westville; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, one sister and three brothers.
Mrs. Sprouls worked at F. L. Jacobs. She enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Lakeside-Urbas Funeral Home in Westville; Officiating: Rev. Joe Humrichous; Burial: Davis Cemetery in Homer; Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
