 Clyde Q. Stephens, 71, of Danville, passed away Saturday, (Aug. 10, 1991) in Kahoka, Mo. He was born Sept. 9, 1919 in Delavan, Ill., the son of Clyde V and Alabama Crow Stephens. Survivors are: his wife, Beulah F. Watkins of Danville (married in May of 1974); four sons, Thomas (Sandra) Stephens of Castle Rock, Colo., James C. (Nancy) of Danville and Dale (Melody) of Sacramento, Calif.; one brother James C. Stephens of Grand Rapids, Colo.; two sisters, Mary Lloyd of El Passo, Texas, and Pauline Lewis of Toronto, Canada; nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter; three stepchildren adn several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Danville. He was active in the local Boy Scouts organization. He retired from Berkeley-Davis Co. in Danville. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy May Nolin Stephens in 1969 and one sister. Funeral: Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Barrick & Son Funeral Home. Officiating: Bishop Donald Patterson. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeralhome. Burial: Sugar Creek Cemetery in Milford, Ill.
