Mrs. Wilma Carr
Attica, Ind. - Mrs. Wilma Winifred Carr, 73, of 124 W. Main St. died about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday (Aug. 31, 1982) at her home. She had been ill since May.
A former clerk at the Vogue Dress Shop, she had resided in Attica for 61 years and attended school here.
Born Feb. 6, 1909, in Tilton, Ill., she was a daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Winifred Jones Jones. She was married Feb 16, 1933, in Attica to Paul W. Carr, who died June 21, 1976.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Janice) LeCleir of Attica and Mrs. Bud (Joyce) Haniford of Boswell; a sister, Mrs. Oscar (Zelva) Erickson of Villa Park, Ill.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Maus Funeral Home. The Rev. Kenneth Burris will officiate. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery in Attica. Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
