Jones Jan. 11, 1871 in Tilton, Vermilion County, Illinois. Sarah was the daughter of William and Winifred Pugh Watkins. The death certificate states she was the daughter of John and Francis Pugh Watkins. It is believed that William was William John and that Francis was Francis Winifred. It has been stated that a member of the family was named after her grandmother----Frances Winifred...... Sarah was the mother to 8 children.
